How to Order Flower Delivery in Chiang Mai
Place an order on our website, then message us your order link or number to confirm details. Payment happens after confirmation. Delivery in Chiang Mai 09:00–20:00; orders after 18:00 may move to the next day.
Standard bouquets: You do not pay in chat for catalog items. On our website you add to cart, enter delivery details, then Pay now and finish on Stripe Checkout. Successful payment confirms your paid order—checkout gives us address, phone, and delivery notes so we can fulfill without a follow-up chat. If you enter an email at checkout, our system sends you an order confirmation email with your order ID, delivery recap, line items, total, and a link to view full order details online (same path as the page you’re sent back to after Stripe). You are not expected to message us afterwards; LINE / WhatsApp is optional if you want to add a note or ask something. We may contact you (call or chat) only if we cannot find the address or need to clarify delivery—so a correct phone number helps. Please add a Google Maps link in the optional field at checkout when you can; it makes a real difference for the driver. Stripe may show cards, PromptPay (when enabled), wallets, etc.—never cash online. For custom work, you may start in chat first.

- After payment, Stripe sends you back to our site and your order is confirmed; if you gave an email at checkout, we also email you the confirmation (order number, summary, and link to your order — you don’t need to copy anything from the screen unless you want to)
- Messaging us is optional — only if you want to add something. We may contact you if we need help finding the place

Step-by-step
1) Order and pay on the website
Browse bouquets, add what you need to the cart, then complete checkout with:
- Recipient name (and phone if available)
- Your email (recommended) — we send the order confirmation here after payment (order ID, delivery summary, items, total, link to your order page)
- Delivery address (home / condo / hotel / hospital)
- Google Maps link (optional but strongly recommended) — in checkout, paste a share link so the pin matches the drop-off; Open Google Maps → drop a pin / choose the place → Share → copy link → paste into the field
- Delivery date and preferred time window
- Note for the driver (building, floor, room, landmarks, parking)
- Message card text (optional)
When the form is complete, click Pay now. You’ll be redirected to Stripe Checkout and pick the option you want from the methods Stripe offers on that page. After payment succeeds, Stripe returns you to our order confirmation page with your reference and status. If you entered an email, you’ll also get our confirmation email with the same essentials and a view order link—check inbox (and spam) for “Order confirmation … — Lanna Bloom”. If you skip email, rely on the page we show after return and your phone for any follow-up from us.
2) Do you have to message us after paying?
No. Checkout + Stripe payment is enough. We use what you entered (and your phone) to run the order. You do not need to open LINE or WhatsApp just to “confirm” a standard web order.
When we might contact you: If the address is unclear, the pin is wrong, or the driver cannot reach the building, we may call or message you using the number you provided—please answer if you can.
If you want to reach us anyway (extra note, timing question, special request): LINE or WhatsApp — include your order number or link so we can find you quickly.
Best thing for delivery: Put driver notes and a Google Maps link in checkout up front—that usually prevents issues before we need to call.

Same-day delivery and the 18:00 cutoff
We deliver during working hours 08:00–20:00. Same-day delivery is possible when ordered early (subject to bouquet availability and delivery capacity).
Orders placed after 18:00 may be scheduled for the next day. Sometimes same-day is still possible, but it depends on stock and the delivery schedule.
If it's urgent, complete checkout as early as you can; add a Google Maps link and clear driver notes so we can go straight to the pin.

How you pay depends on whether you use Stripe Checkout on the website or arrange payment in chat.

- Stripe chooses which methods appear based on your payment in THB, your situation, and which methods are enabled for our business. You may see cards only, or cards plus PromptPay and wallets — pick what Stripe shows on that page.
- Cash is not an option on Stripe or our online checkout.

FAQ
1) I paid on the website — what should I do next?
Nothing required. After Stripe confirms payment, your order is in the system. Check your email for our confirmation (if you provided one at checkout), or open the order page from the link in that email or from the page you landed on after Stripe. Message us only if you want to change something or ask a question—include your order number or link. We may contact you if we need help with the address.
2) Can I edit delivery details after ordering?
Often yes, if we haven't started preparation or dispatched the driver. Message us with your order number or link as soon as possible.
3) Can you deliver to hotels, condos, or hospitals?
Yes. Please include room or ward details if available, plus any access rules (lobby, reception, gate code). A Google Maps link to the correct entrance helps a lot. Hospitals may have delivery restrictions—put details in checkout and we’ll contact you if something can’t be done.
4) Can I choose an exact delivery time?
You can choose a preferred time window. Exact timing depends on traffic and delivery routing, but we follow your window as closely as possible.
5) Can I add a message card?
Yes. Add it at checkout or send the text in chat. Keep it clear and short for the card.
6) What if the driver has trouble finding the address?
This is why Google Maps link + written address + driver notes in checkout matter—we try to fix it before dispatch. If something is still unclear, we contact you on the phone number you gave. You can also message us if you want to add a landmark after ordering.
7) What proof of payment do you need?
For payments completed through Stripe Checkout, your order page and confirmation email (when you gave an email) reflect payment after Stripe confirms. You usually do not need to send a bank slip. PromptPay or card payments made on Stripe’s page are confirmed by Stripe automatically. If we asked you to pay only in chat (manual transfer), send the slip or screenshot there. If something looks wrong, message us with your order number or link.
8) Changes, cancellations, refunds
