After you place the order, please contact us on LINE, WhatsApp, or Telegram and send your order number or order link. We'll confirm availability and delivery details there, and keep everything in one place.
Sending your order number or link helps us find your order instantly and coordinate smoothly — especially if we need a quick confirmation from you or the driver needs help with delivery details.
For custom requests and special occasions, you can start in chat. For standard bouquets, we recommend starting with the website order.

Same-day delivery and the 18:00 cutoff
We deliver during working hours 08:00–20:00. Same-day delivery is possible when ordered early (subject to bouquet availability and delivery capacity).
Orders placed after 18:00 may be scheduled for the next day. Sometimes same-day is still possible, but it depends on stock and the delivery schedule.
If it's urgent, place the order and message us right away with your order number or link.
Payment
Payment happens after we confirm availability and final details in chat.
