I’m based in Vietnam and ordered flowers through the shop’s website for my boyfriend, who was traveling in Chiang Mai. The team was incredibly friendly, helpful, and thoughtful. Even though the same-day delivery cutoff had already passed on the website, they still went out of their way to arrange delivery at almost 9pm. They were also more than happy to help me purchase some extra items to send along with the flowers to my boyfriend’s hotel. I’m truly grateful for their kindness and excellent service. I hope this shop gets all the love and support it deserves ❤️

★★★★★ I cannot say enough good things about Wan at Lanna Bloom Shop in Chiang Mai. I live in the United States and needed to arrange flowers at the last minute for a friend in Chiang Mai who was celebrating a special occasion. Wan went above and beyond to make sure both my friend and I had an amazing experience. The flowers needed to be delivered after the shop’s normal hours, but Wan made special arrangements to ensure they were delivered that evening. She also added extra flowers to the bouquet to make it even more beautiful and special. What really impressed me was the personal attention. After the bouquet was prepared, Wan sent me a picture so I could see exactly what my friend would receive. She even sent me pictures of my friend receiving the flowers, which made the experience especially meaningful since I was thousands of miles away in the United States. The bouquet was beautiful, my friend was extremely happy, and everything was handled perfectly despite my order being last-minute and from overseas. Thank you, Wan, for making this such a special experience for both of us. I highly recommend Lanna Bloom Shop to anyone looking for beautiful flowers and exceptional customer service in Chiang Mai. I placed an order from the U.S. with no problems and the lovely flowers were delivered in Chiang Mai a few hours later! Great communication and they made sure to follow the instructions to get everything just right. They sent photos of the arrangement and let me know when they went out and when they were delivered. First class service from start to finish!

Really happy with this shop! The staff were incredibly polite and attentive from the moment I placed my order — they helped me pick the perfect arrangement and answered all my questions patiently. Delivery was fast, right on time, no delays at all. The flowers themselves were fresh and beautiful, lasted for days, and looked exactly like the photos.
